Majadito
The tradicional and popular food in  Santa Cruz is the "majadito". Ingredients: ½ kg of dry meat; 6 cups of water;1 tomato;1 fine cut onion;1 small spoon of pigment;salt and 2 envelopes of ajinomoto. You can serve the "majadito" with fried platains and eggs.
