Montero 8 km and 55 km from the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, within the province “Bishop Santistevan” is the farm “The Cidral” which has a forest of 92 hectares with natural tree species bibosi, motacú palms, jororí and variety of vegetation. In this natural environment are the macaws, monkeys and birds flying. The historic house “The Cidral” built by Ezequiel Hurtado Pedraza in 1930 is mara adobe and wood. Visitors can participate in the work of dairy farming , either giving food , water and milking cattle . It has more than 100 cows of improved race and race without improving . Each cow produces 20 liters of milk a day . In the estate there are a reproduction system for artificial insemination and breeding of livestock confinement. All this tour country life makes you hungry and then at noon a good dish is lunch in the cattle ranch . After a short break and a stroll through the premises of the farm, or even some horseback riding, a step in the forest and a walk through the crops , you are ready to return to the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra .
